Planning
This mission requires a bit of finesse, and some planning involving your go-codes. I tend to use three teams, although you can usually do it with two. The first and second team set up outside the first building, while the third (usually yours) heads to the second building, and waits behind a small hill. On the alpha go-code, the teams are sent in. The first team goes straight for the terrorist standing next to the bomb, and precedes towards the second building, on the first level. The second team in goes up onto the catwalks. After waxing the terrorists there, they head up and through the walkway across to the 2nd building. This team must lead the breach into the second building, because floors are nothing more than grates, and the hostages tend to get killed early. Have your third team rush in about the same time as the first team to minimize this rush.

Execution
Remember, the key is the go-codes. If you're controlling the team that rescues the hostage, then you might breach from main entrance, underneath the sky bridge. If you do, watch for the guards on the ground and in the sky bridge. Take them out first, then rush in with the team on the 2nd level (usually controlled by a go-code). Often times, the hostage is being hidden around a corner, behind some objects. If you have the chance, check their positions on the HBS. Rush in, and cap the baddies. Only once you KNOW the building is clear should you head out. Often times, there's a terrorist hiding in some corner, who can easily ruin the day for you. |
