Planning

As you can probably guess, the first mission isn't really the hardest mission around, and a good plan can easily route out the baddies.  Remember, when you're in the planning phase, make sure that everyone possible tango is covered, and they won't have a chance to run for better cover, or be alerted of your presence.  In order to successfully beat this level, you'll have to plan for both stealth and a swift attack.  Send in half your teams through the front entrance, and the other half through the back entrance, to maximize the amount of terrorists downed.  Be sure to cover for any hiding terrorists, as well.  Remember, if you killategy/af all the terrorists, you won't have to escort the hostages out.

Execution

Once you begin the game, play as Blue, who should be breaching the front door.  If you're playing rookie, just make sure you nail the one or two baddies hiding up in the 2nd floor, and proceed as quickly as possible to the hostage room.  If you're playing elite, on the other hand, plan to carefully breach the doors, as one door is open and the other is blocked by a hostage (instant failure if you shoot him).  You may want to breach through the other two doors on the left, and then carefully pick off the guys in the front, and then lying around the 2nd floor.  Once you make it through the main hall entrance, proceed to the right, checking the stairs for terrorists.  On the final stretch, you'll be able to see the terrorists and hostages on your screen.  I suggest tossing a flashbang in, just as you give the go-code for the red team.  Then you'll need to rely on your speed rush to take the hostage room.  That's it!
